Notice of Sale of O’Meara Ditch. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, as Superintendent of Ditch Cause No. 4403, of the Commissioners' Court of Jasper County. Indiana, petitioned for by Andrew K. Yeoman and others for the improvement of the O’Meara Ditch wjll offer the sale thereof at the Auditors’ office on the 11th day of August, 1906, at two o'clock p. m. Thisimpro vement isopen ditch work and commences at a point 58A feet north and twenty (20) feet west of the southeast corner of , the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-two (32) Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Six (6) West, Jasper County, Indiana, and from thence following practically the line of the old O’Meara ditch to its outlet. Reference is made to the report of the drainage commissioners on file in the Auditor’s office for complete description . The estimated expense of this improvement is $3340.01 and number of cubic yards tb be excavated is 33401 yards. This work will be let as a unit. Sealed bids will be required. Bidders shall accompany bid with a bond to the approval of the undersigned, that in case a contract is entered into, that they will sign a bond with the contractor in all respects as the statute provides.
