Wheatfield Had A Big Fourth.

Rensselaer was not the only town in Jasper county which bad a record breaking crowd on the Fourth. Wheatfield, the metropolis of the north end, had the biggest crowd there they ever had on a similar occasion and a successful and well conducted celebration in all respects. Like the Rensselaer celebration it was characterized by the excellent and well ordered behavor of all present. There was no drunkenness and no disorder of any kind and a feeling on the part of those attending that they had been well treated and honestly entertained. The elo quent and patriotic oratory of Rev. Father Heldmann was the greatest feature of the day and his forenoon address was so greatly en joyed that the management so strongly insisted upon another speech from him in the afternoon that he consented and gave them another excellent speech then.
