Becker Plead Guilty.

The dead Horse case from the Jasper County Bad Lands came to a quicker end than was anticipated. J. T. Becker, the elderly party who was alleged to have left several of his departed trading stock equines lie unburied on the plair, changed his mind on having a trial out before Squiae Bussell, and late Tuesday afternoon he appeared before Squire Irwin and withdrew his plea of not guilty and entered one of guilty, instead. The Squire gave him the minimum fine of 91 and costs, amounting in all to 922.70. and this he paid and was discharged. Most of the dead horses he said belonged to his sons, but one of them he remembered was his, so he concluded to plead guilty and take his medicine.
