Suit to Restore A Lost Will.

A rather peculiar suit has jest been started in the circuit court by George E. McColly, of Union Tp It is to have restored and probated the wilj of his mother, Mrs. Mary McColly, whose death oecu red on March 2pd, of this year. He alleges that she made a will in the year. 1898, and that such will is lost or destroyed. He further states that the will was witnessed by Mrs. Sarah E. Timmons, now of Elkhart. Ind., and by James A. Burnham, of Rensselaer. Also that the sub stance of the will was that after all just debts were paid the entire estate, both real and personal, should go to him, the said George E. McCully. And that he cared for her many years with the promise and understanding that the propertj should all come to him, as a recompense. The defendrnts named in the complaint are all the other heirs at law of the estate, who are very numerous.
