Day, the young fellow who had his head thumped a few weeks ago at a Sunday school celebration in Mil roy tp., came in and plead guilty tb drunkenness in a public place and Judge Irwin fined him fl and costs, or 111 in all, which he paid. And on Monday forenoon Jose} h Burley Sr., father of the young fellow who wielded the club, came in and enlered a plea of guilty of assault and battery for his son. and paid a fine of f 5 and costs or fl 7.40 in all, and this puts an end to this affair.
