Sigler: You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, to be presented to the Board of Commission* rs and to be docketed on August 7, 1908 for the construction of a tile ditch along and over the followingdescribed route, to-wit: Commencing on the easterly side of a highway -running north and south between sections thirty-four and thirty three in township thirty north, range seven west about one hundred and ninety-six feet north of the north-west corner of the south west quarter of uhe south-west quarter of section thirty-four in township thirty north, range seven west, and running thence westerly a distance of about rods to a point rods south of the center of section thirty-three in township thirty north in range seven west, and running thence south-westerly a distance of about rods to the Iroquois River aj a point about nine hundred thirty one feet north of the middle of the public highway running east and west on the southerly side of said section thirty-four and thirtythree, at which place said ditch will have a good and sufficient outlet into said Iroquois River. July 6-13 Notice of Resolution For Sidewalk Jackson St Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of June, 1906, passed a resolution for the construction of a cement sidewalk In said City unon the following described route towit: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 4 in Block 18 in Newton’s Addition to said City, and running thence east along the southerly side of Jackson street in front of Lots 4 and 3 in said Block 18, in Newton’s addition to said city. Notice is therefore hereby given that the Common Council of said City will meet in the Council Chamber in the Court House in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the 23rd day of July, 1906, at 8 o’clock P.M.,at which time all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed improvement may be heard as to the necessity for the same.
