Death of Mrs. Mary Bislosky

Mrs. Mary Bislosky, wife of John Bislosky Sr., whose sickness with meumonia had several times been mentioned, died about 8:30 o’clock at their home west of town Tuesday night, July 3rd. She was 92 years old last January,and for over 50 years a resident of Jasper county. Her maiden name was Lane, and she was born in Austria, near Vienna, and was married be fore coming to this country, to John Bislosky, and with whom she lived over 60 years and who survives her. Five of their six children also survive her. Namely Mrs. Mary Schneider, of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Emma Shaffer, of Rensselaer, Mrs. Josie Middlecamp, of Newton Tp., Mrs. Sarah Stwan, of Washington state, and John E Bislosky. of Rensselaer. Another daughter. Mrs. Anna Shindler, died in Washington a number of years ago. The funeral will be held Friday, at 9 o’clock, A. M.. at the Catholic church, and interment be made in the Catholic cemetery south of town.
