It is Unlawful to Fish on Sunday.

“I see in the newspapers that it is against the law to fish on Sunday” remarked a man who looks on fishing as a harmless recreation. The interdiction is found in old Sunday violation' statute, wherein fishing is one of the things named as prohibited. This law was re enacted in the new code.
