New Bank Elects Officers.

The new bauk, The Jasper Sav ings and Trust Company, elected its permanent officers Monday. They are: President, C. G. Spitler; Vice President, J. N. Leatherman; Secretary and Treasuier, J. J. Hunt; Assistant Secretary, Howard Mills; Executive Committee, Spit ler, Leatherman, Hunt and E. P. Honan. The articles of association have been filed with the Secretary of Stateand the bank legally author ized to do business.
