By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk’s office of the Jasper Circuit Court in a cause wherein Addison Parkison, is plaintiff and MosesH. Russell and Jane Russell his wife, William A. Rinehart and Mattießinehart his wife aredefendants, requiring me ts make the sum of four thousand seven hundred forty-four dollars and sixty cents, $4,744.60, with interest on said decree and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on Saturday tbe 24th Day of March IM between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, at thedoor of the Court House of said Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described Real Estate, to-wit: The east half of the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section th~ee, township thirty, (30) north, range five, [s] west.containing one hundredtwenty (120), acres, moreor less in Jasper County, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs.
