Sherrick Mortgage Paid.

Indianapolis. Ind., March 2 David E. Sherrick, former auditor of state, will go on trial next Monday with all the money due the state paid. After a conference yester day afternoon it was arranged that the balance of $48,628.20 due the state would be paid, which was done today. About $45,000 has been in Receivers Reed’s hands for some months, but the report of the investigating committee raised this about $3,000 in interest chargee. ,
