D. 1906, on reading the petition of the bankrupt for his discharge. It is ordered by the court, that a hearing be had upon the same on the 20th Day of March A. D. 19ft. before said Court, at Indianapolis, in said District, at nine o’clock in the forenoon, and that notice thereof be published twice in the Rensselaer Republican, a newspaper printed in said district, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted.
