In order to punish the violators of speed ordinances and law and to protect farmers from damage by reckless automobilists the Lake County I’rotective association has been formed at Lowell,- where its Headquaitcrs wilt be, though - the association will untimatelyt be represented in all the cities, towns and villages in this part of the state Chicago autoifjts are charged with causing several deaths in v Laks county. O. T. Bailey of Lowell is president of the association and Oscar Dinwiddle is secretary.
