Death of Mrs, Edward E. Smith.

„ The death of Mrs. Frances Lewis Smith occured last Saturday noon, after a serious illness lasting only since her arrival here from Chicago lour days before. Since last summer she had been in poor health, and upon her arrival here she was at once taken down with plural pneumonia, and sank rapidly until the end. Deceased was born April 17. 1870, near Remington, and was married Dec. 17. 1887, to Edward E. Smith, of Rensselaer. To the n were born three sons, their ages being 2. 5 and 13. Her husband, mother, four sisters and two brothers are living. Her husband, the two younger children, and her sister, Mrs. Elmer B. Smith of Rensselaer being with her at the time of her death. Her mother now resides in Jackson county. The funeral was held Monday at 2:30 at the M. E. church, interment being made in Weston- cemetery.
