George Beedy, house and 14 acres ofland adjacent to town of Newland. Have many pending. I am ottering to sell homes to poor people for a small cash payment and reserve a share of the I crop until all shall have been paid. I These houses are good and the land ! is choice for gardening purposes j and have often raised a crop worth SIOO.OO per acre. This is a chance for all poor people to acquire a home of their own, which if industrious they can easily do. I want all the industrious poor people of Jasper county to come to me and I will help them to a home. Benj J. Giffobd.
