McCoy Cases Set for Feb. 14

The McCoy embezzlement cases will come up for trial at Monticello on Feb. 14. Attorney Emery Sellers, of Monticello w ill prosecute and Attorneys Haywood and McHugh, of Lafayette, will defend the McCoys. There are no new developments in the case, but from preseut indications uo further postponement will l>e asked for. No Rensselaer attorneys are iu anyway conuected with the cases either for the prosecution or defense.
