Miss Rhoades Acquitted.
Miss Emily E. Rhoades, superintendent of the Girls’ Industrial school ot Indianapolis, against whom charges of mismanagement, incompeteucy and cruelty were instituted, stands acquitted in tl e report of the board of state charit ies which was submitted and approved by Governor Hanly. Each charge is reported “not sustained.” The report asserts that the members of the board believe the charges were conceived and made in malice.
