An Indianapolis dispatch says: On his return from a trip of inspection of proposed sites for the Indiana epileptic village, Governor Hanly still refused to discuss the probability of his calling a special session of the legislature for the double of instituting impeachment proceedings against Daniel E. Storms, secretary of state, and having some laws, itt which he is specially interested,, passed.
