Leather-man, Auditor of said county, do hereby certify that the forgoing b n ‘rue and complete list of all the lands and town lots returned delinquent by the Treasurer of said county, for not ayment of taxes due the«neon, for the year 1904, and former years with penalties thereon, together with- the tax for it e current year, 1906, and the costs of advertising, so far as tb«f same are liable to be sold for taxes as shown by tin j.» turn of said Treasurer and notice is hereby given that as much of said land and to#n lots as may be necessary to < ‘•charge and pay the taxes, penalties and costs, due thereon, ordue from the owners thereof st the time of Sale, will lx -old at public auction at the Court House door, in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the second Monday in February, being the 12th day of February A.
