The E. T. Biggs Estate.

The late Edward T. Biggs, of Wheatfield, left a large estate, but no will. Therefore the estate will be distributed under the provision of the Indiana laws of inheritance. As he left a widow and only one child, the entire estate will go to these two, m equal shares. When there is more than one child the widow gets -only one third. The widow, Mi'S. Maria Biggs, has been appointed administratrix of of the estate and her bond has been approved. It is the sum of $75,000 and is the largest administrator's bond given in this county since Clerk Warner has been -in office. It is also oue of the solidest bonds ever given in a similar case in this count*., being signed by Wm. D. Meyer, Wm. McNeal, Wm. B. McNeil, JohnT. Biggs, E. L. Rollings, worth, James T. Randle, and J. M. Wasson.
