A Washington dispatch says: Representative Crurapacker’s bill to reorganize the Indiana federal judicial system has been referred to a sub committee of the committe on judiciary composed~of De Elva S. Alexander, of New York, chairman; Chase Q. Tirrell, of Massachusetts, and David H. Smith, of Kentucky. Mr. Alexander, who represents the Buffalo district formerly lived in Indianapolis.
