Indiana Is Leader in Congress.

Indiana is the only state in the union which has a solid delegation of college bred men in the two houses of congress. Heretofore Massachusetts ranked highest in this particular. Of Massachusetts’ fourteen representatives in the present congress ten are college bred and four are not. In New York twenty are college bred and seventeen are not bnt Indiana is the only one that has a solid delegation that is oollege bred.
