Leatherman, Auditor of said county, 4A hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and complete list Of all the lands and town lota returned delinquent by thffiTreesurer of said county, for non-pay*)<>nt of taxes due thereon, for the year 1904, and former years with penalties thereon, together with the tax for the Current year, 1906, and the eoeU of advertising, so far as the same are liable to b# sold for taxes as shown by the return of said Treasurar and notice is hereby given that ae much of said land and town loti as may be ueoe«sary to discharge aad pay the taxes, penalties and costs, due thereon, or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will be sold at public auction at the Court House door, in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the seoood Monday in February, being the 12th day of February A.
