Storms to Compel Payment

It is said that Daniel Storms, sec retary of °tate, will ask a manda mns compelling the payment of his salary, which was withheld upon an o der of the governor, as a re suit of Storms’ refusal to resign. Governor Hanley says that not a cent will be paid the secretary while Storms ow ns money to the state, as is alleged.
