After Secretary Storms.
Sait to remove Daniel E. Storms from his office as secretary of state of Indiana was instituted in the circuit court of Marion county Sat urday, immediately following the filing of a complaint sworn to by Governor J. Frank Hanly alleging mis conduct in office, embezzlement conversion of funds, wrongful nse of funds culminating in the necessity at the time of the quarterly settlement, Sept. 4, 1905, in the surrender to John J. Appell as trustee of certain notes, bonds, stocks, securities and properties purchased with the state’s money in order to protect the friends who advanced the money with which made his settlement at that time.
