COMPANY I TO REORGANIZE.

Company M of the Indiana National Guard, of Rensselaer, is to be ag*in re organized, or at least reofficered. Brigadier Gen. Oran Perry, Adjutant General of the state, was here today, and this was determin ed on as the result of his visit, Oapfc. C. C. Warner and 2nd Lieutenant Zern Wright,Jhaveboth found the duties of their position to conflict too much with their other affairs, and both have resigned. hr their places George H. Healey is proposed for Captain and Bice Porter for 2nd Lieutenant. True Woodworth will remain as Ist Lienteuaut. if this arrangement is ratified by the votes of the company, it is the intention of the new officers to devote a good deal of attention to the affairs of the company, and to make it one of the best in the state, and one which will be of great benefit to the members and a source of pride to the community.
