SHERIFF’S SALE. Cause No. 6062. O. B. 36. Page 1’23. By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed, from the Clerk's office of the Jasper Circuit Court in a cause wherein S. P. Thompson is plaintiff, and Henry O. Harris, Margaret Harris his wife, William R. Crisler, Crisler his wife, and James Yeoman, and Smith are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of nineteen hundred and four ($1904.00) dollars and cents, with interest on said decree and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Saturday. January 13, 1906, between the hours of 10 o’clock, a. m., and 4 o’clock, p. «a., of said day, at the door of the Court House of said Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described Real Estate, to wit: The west Jhalf (i) of the northwest quarter (J) of section twentyseven (27) township twenty-nine [29] north, range five [s] west, in Jasper County, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs. Dated Januarv Ist, 1906. Principal payable $300.00, January Ist. 1908, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915. Principal and interest payable at ths First National Bank of Rensselaer, Rensselaer, Indiana. Issued by the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, for the purpose of paying the expenses of construction and location of the Moseley Ditch No. 3601. Issued under provisions of Act of March 7, 1903, Section 1. Said bonds will be paid from special assessments for benefits to lands from theconstructionof said Ditch.
