Notice of Sale of Bonds. . Notice is hereby given that the Treasurer of Jasper County, in the State of Indiana, will on the 2nd day of January 1906, at one o’clock p. m. ( in the city of Rensselaer, Indiana, offer for sale to the highest bidder, for not less than tbe par value thereof the following bonds, to-wit, Eight (8) bonds of tbe denominations of $300.00 each, drawing 6 per cent interest, payable semi-annually. Dated January Ist, 1906. Principal pavable S3OO 00, January Ist. 19v8, 19U9," 1910, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915. Principal and interest payable at ths First National Bank of Rensselaer, Rensselaer, Indiana. Issued by the Board .of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, for the purpose of paying the expenses of construct! m and location of the Moseley Ditch No. .3601. Issued under provisions of Act of March 7, 1903, Section 1. Said bonds will be paid from special assessments for benefits to lands from theconstructionof said Ditch.
