Boom Judge Olds.

Information has been received by a few of the prominent attorneys of Warsaw, that a well developed boom has been started in Fort Wayne to secure the appointment of Judge Walter Olds, former judge of the Kosciusko circuit comt and later justice of the supreme court, as judge of the new proposed federal court, to be es tablished in Fort Wayne for the northeastern district of Indiana.
