This One From Fair Oaks.

There was another wedding in the clerk’s office, at the court house, just after noon, Thursday Dec. 21st. The parties were a young and handsome couple, from Fair Oaks, namely Mr. Walter 8. McConnell and Miss Effie Goff. The ceremony was performed by Judge C. W. Hanley, in the presence of quite a large party of (self) invited guests, being all the young lady deputies io the court house. F. M. Goff, father of the bride, was also present, her age only 17. years, making his consent necessary. Another young couple who had obtained a license just before, also stayed to see this wedding. They were Mr. Henry Parker, and Miss Stella Record, both of Gillam Tp. Their wjdding will take place next Bunday evening.
