About Christmas Entertainments.

Christmas coming on Monday, this year, it disturbs the usual order of Christmas entertainments, which are commonly held at the churches on the evening before Christmas. This year the Presbyterians will have a song service at that time, which is Sunday evening, while thir presents to the Sunday school members wiN be distributed at the Sunday school Sunday morn ing. At the Methodist church the Christmas entertainment will be held Monday night and will consist of a Christmas tree and a contata. The first Baptist chur«h will have their Christmas observance Sunday evening, consisting of an address, music etc., and a Christmas treat for the children. The ’Free Baptists will have their’s Saturday evening, and will have a literary and musical program and a Christmas tree. The Christian Sunday School, which still meets in the court house will have their Christmas entertainment Saturday evening. They will have a literary and musical program, and distribute their presents from a decorated ladder.
