Death of Henry A. Taylor.

Henry A Taylor, one of Lafayette’s leading citizens, and one of the best known in Rensselaer, where he was formerly a frequent visitor, died early Monday morning, at his home in that city. His sickness was inflammation of the bowels, and began on Thanksgiving 1 day. He wa> only 38 years old, I but wits filling a large place in the business and financial affiirs’of Lafayette. He was president of the American National Bank, of that city; was also treasurer of the Lafayette Telephone Company, and largely interested in other largeconcerns. He was a brother of Mrs. T. J. McCoy so long a resident of our city, and a frequent visitor here, for that reason.
