Still Another McCoy Creditors Meeting.

Another meeting of the McCoy estate creditors lias been edited. by Referee Bowers, to meet at Hammond, on Dec. 23rd. There are several purposes stated for the meeting, the most important of which being the proposition to compromise the claim of 8. R. N ichols. The petition of the trustee to settle ami compromise the claim of Frimk B. Meyers against the estate is also to be considered. The petition of the Trustee to pay a mortgage of some $991.90 against 40 acres of land in Barkley townis another matter to come before the attention of the meeting. A no,trier dividend is also to be declared in the McCoy & Me Donald estate and which will probably close up that particd.hr branch, of the great failure. It is not out of place to add here, that if any of the creditors are not disp ised to look with favor o i this proposed settlement of the Njchols matter,that now is the tinio to bring forward their objection, “or forever after hold their peace.”
