Will of Mrs. Anna McGee.
The will of the late Mrs. Anna }\lcGee has been filed for probate, ( in the Clerks office. She left an ; estate, the form of valid lite in- j surance to the amount of $750. , Besides which there are several hundred dollars more insurance which are believed to be collectible. 1 The Will provides’ lor the pay merit of all just debts, of the expenses of i her last sick ness, her funeral and] burial expenses, including the purchase of a lot in Weston cemetery, and also the erection of a headstone, at the grave, at a cost not to exceed SIOO. The residue of the estate is to be divided, share and share alike, between the following relatives: Here mother Mrs. Mary J. Richeson, her sisters Alice Ada Singley and Salinea May Richards, her brother Ward Beach Peterson and her half sisters lola Haag and Lona Pearl Tousley. Attorney R. W. Marshall is appointed executor of the estate, by the terms of the will.
