Indianapolis In Wrangle. o The Indianapolis Sentinel company Saturday filed in the Marion superior court a complaint against the Star Publishing company, asking that it£>e enjoined and restrain ed from publishing a 5 cent Sunday morning paper in the city of Indianapolis and also demanding $50,000 to cover damages caused to the Indianapolis Sentinel company by the publication of a 5 cent Sunday morning paper since May Ist, by the Star company. The complaint is an interesting one, and the history ofthe proceeding dates back to the time when George F. McCulloch, of the Indianapolis Star Company, bought the Indianapolis Associated Press franchise from Samuel E. Morss, who at that time was the president of the Sentinel company. The complaint sheds some ing light on the newspaper situation in Indianapolis. Thanksgiving Day Nov. 3d. States Thursday, November 30, will be recognized as the day for . universal thanksgiving. Pythian Hotel Is Sold. Supreme Chancellor Charles L.
