Offer Reward for Baker.

The sheriff of Marion county is sending out notices to the police departments over the state offering a reward of SI,OOO for the arrest of Oscar A. Baker, commonly known as “Cigarette” Baker. Baker is the lawyer who, as legal representative of the American Tobacco Co., lobbed against the present cigarette law and tried to buy votes against it. The legislature appropriated $5,000,f0r the purpose ot(aDprehending Baker, the money to be used as directed by Governor Hanly.
