This Thursday’s Indian ip di Starjiays: “Edward Schoen, the Shortridge High School football player who was seriously injured in a game at Rensselaer a short time ago, will be taken to the Deaconness Hospital for a surgical operation. Since Schoen was injured his condition has varied, at ti mes being most encou raging. He was injured internally. It is hoped that the operation will greatly expedite his recovery.”
