Nowels House Traded Off.

The Nowels Hous 3 has changed owners this time for sure. C. D. Novels, the owner has traded the whole building, which includes the h >tel and two large business rooms, to Robert A. Minks, of Dewey, 111. He receives in payment 300 acres of fine land near Quincy, 111., and the landlord’s share of 170 acres of good corn now on the land. Mr. Minks also buys the furniture in the hotel, this part being a cash transaction He will continue to rent the hotel, and no change in its present management is contem plated. This deal does not change Mr. Nowels’ plan of moving to Pansms, Kansas, near where he owns a large farm. This deal closes out all of his Rensselaer property, and he will rem >ve to Kansas as soon as he can close up his affairs, and especially the settlement of his father-in-law’s estate in Carroll eounty.
