Court House Injunction Dissolved.

Monday Judge Hanley heard the case wherein the Morocco people asked for a permanent injunction against the completion of the conrt| house at Kentland, and in which case the Jaidge granted a temporary injunction some time ago. ' The Judge sustained the demurrer against the prayer for an injunction and the latter was dissolved. He took the grounds that the suit for an injunction was improperly brought, it being in the name of the State, of Indiana, and he held that the state had no iuterest in the matter, one way or another. The judge also intimated that the matter of building a new court house was one in which the county commissioners and county council have complete control, aud in the j absence of any movement to change the county seat, there was no legal method, unless fraud or collusion could lie shown, whereby the erection of a court liousj can bo prevent ed | It is probable that an appeal wjll be taken-to the Supreme Court by the Morocco j/eople, and which appeal can probably be heard before a new contract can be let aud new bonds sold.
