Strick Gets His License.

The appeal of the anti-salo* n people from the decision of t’ e Commissioners granting a salo n license to G. A. Strick faden a new saloon license, in place of the pre sent one which does not expire uu til Dec. 14th, was heard Sat. afternoon by Judge Hanley. He decided that the appellants were not properly in court, and therefor that the license should be issued as ordered by commissioners. In the course of his remarks the Judge intimated that the (new license would not be legal when issued and that the holder could be prosecuted for selling under it.
