Dowell Breaks Out Again.

A real estate dealer of Kokomo named George W. Dowell, had a cutting scrape with another in the same business at that place, Monday evening, the other man’s name being Charles Grishaw. They cut and slashed each other’s faces with knives. Dowell is said to have been the aggressor, and also to have g|ot the worst of the fight. HiS cheeks were cut and his nose slashed almost off. Neither man was fatally hurt. The reports from Kokomo say this Dowell has been in a similar affair before, which is strong con firmation of the supposition that this is the same George W. Dowell who was formerly located at Francisville and had an ugly cut ting or shooting affair there, lie moved down into the gas belt some place, and it is altogether probable it is the same Dowell. He was well known lure while he lived at Francesville.
