Notice of Ditch Letting. IN THE’MATTER OF THE MOODY DITCH NO. 265. Notice is hereby given that at the auditor’s office in Jasper County Indiana, on The 7th Day of October 1905, at 1 O'clock p. m. I will open sealed blds received prior thereto for the construction of the Moody Ditch No. 266. The location of said drain is as follows: Commencing at a point 573 feet south of the northeast comer of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 31, township 30, range 5 west and running thence in a northeasterly direction a distance of 6,000 feet to its outlet in the Iliff Slough ditch, about 750 feet east of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 29, town 30, range 5 west.
