Irwin his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant Charles F. Lyons is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless he be and appear on the 13 day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the 2nd Monday in November A, D. 1905, at the Court House in Rensselaer in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
