Aged Thief Arrives In Pen.

Michigan City, Ind., Sept. 28 — Charles Fundy, the aged horse thief sentenced at Peru, and who it was thought would never live to be removed to the prison in this city was brought up this afternoon by the sheriff of Miama county. The old man walks with the aid of crutches and appears to be laboring under a great strain. He is 78 years old and shows the effects o his recent illness.
