Moving Time Limit.

The voters of Rensselaer who contemplate a change of residenc< this fall should bear in mind that to gain a residence in a new proci net of the city a residence ot thirty dftys will be required, hence no voter should move out of hipresent precinct after October Bth if he wishes to retain his right of voting at the city election on November 7th.
