Another New Divorce Case.
Albert M. Kellenberger, better known as Bert Kellenberger, now a resident of the vicinity of Pleasant Grove, has begun suit for a divorce from his wife Viola. They were wed in Dee. 1899, in Roulette, Co., N. Dak. and separated Dec. L 3, 1903. He charges her with abandonment, with keeping company jrith strange men, both “before and after taking” him, an! mentions specifically one Hank Larson, of Cando, N. Dak. But according to the complaint ‘ there are others” and a good many others. He alleges that in April, 1903, at Cando, she was convicted of an infamous crime, and sent to jail. The last he heard of her- she was in Montana, and still “going some.”
