METHODIST MINISTERS APPOINTED.

The Northwest Indiana M. E. conference at Michigan City closed Monday afternoon, and selected Lebanon as their next place of meeting. As was universally ex. pected and desired, Dr. H. L. Kin dig was sent back to Rensselaer and Kev. C. W. Postill to Reining ton, Rev. W. H. Fertich, for some years pastor of Barkley circuit, has been transfered to Star City; and Rev. R. C. Ballard, a dividrfy student, takes his place. The following is the complete list of appointments for Valparaiso district of which Rev. D. M. Wood remains presiding elder. Barkley.. R. C.
