Fowler Review —A quite a bit of gossip is going the rounds over tl e settlement of the Heath estate with their attorneys Fraser & [sham. The Heaths are telling their friends that for two and onehalf days work Dan charged a fee of 83,000 which they refused to pay and that the bank, telephone and dry goods store was all that was being under consideration. Mr. Fraser has been Mr. Heath’s life long friend and attorney who bad directed him through various difficult business transactions and upon his death, assuming the last service of completely disposing cf his estate, he made no charges whatever.
