No Institute Pay For Teachers.

The State Superintendent of Public Instruction has caused a grief to teachers by ruling that they get no pay for attending county institute this year. They are allowed 2 per cent on their licenses for attendance, at the institutes, and as this raises this rate of pay, it is considered by the State Superintendent as sufficient compensation for attending.
