There are many verterans being transferred from other homps to to the Marion branoh of the Soldiers’ home. Nineteen transfers in all have been recorded. There are thirteen frorif Danville, three from Milwaukee and three from Leavenworth. More are ex peoted, but the record of tneir transfers will not be completed for several days. One of the things that is oausing the inorease is the canteen soon to be established in the Marion home. The veterans like a home where there is a canteen run by the home authorities.
